All rates below reflect the cost per semester

There are plenty of unique living options for students all across campus and rates will vary depending on a student’s preference in size and locality. Explore some options below and find a rate that’s right for you.

2024-2025 Room Rates

If you are pending an assignment when rates for a term are posted, you will see an anticipated room charge on your bill. This is a place holder charge, based on a standard rate, which will be adjusted to your official housing rate once you have been assigned.

Summer Rates 

Rates for one summer session are typically half of a full semester, therefore if you are staying for both Summer I and Summer II it will cost similar to a full semester.
