+For students who have final exams scheduled on Sunday, April 26, exceptions will be made to the move-out deadline to allow for move-out by April 26, 2026 at 7pm. More information will be available closer to the end of the term on how to submit a Departure Change Request form to request this later date.
*Since the Summer B move-out date is firm, students who are NOT remaining in University housing for the Fall Semester will be required to move out by the posted move-out date. Please be aware that University housing is not available from the move-out date until September 1

Hamper (Bin) Availability
Moving hampers are available during scheduled moving days. For specific schedules by term please see the move in pages for each term linked above.
There are no hampers available outside of official move-in/out days.
Parking Lot Information & Directions
For specific parking locations by term, click on your Move-in/out Term above.
Please note: Parking is not guaranteed and is based on a first come first serve basis. The parking pass provided is only valid on designated moving days.
Cars should clearly display a completed parking pass hang tag on their mirror or dashboard; it is important that the contact number be included in order for Northeastern staff to be able to contact you during move-in should the need arise.
Directions to Campus
To facilitate the flow of traffic for Move-In Days we have developed these motor vehicle directions to the University unloading / parking facilities. Depending on your assigned residence hall and where you are directed to park, you will either unload your motor vehicle at the parking location, or be asked to relocate the vehicle to a parking location after the vehicle has been unloaded.
In the event that you are asked to relocate your vehicle to a University parking facility, you will be provided with the directions to that facility upon your arrival. Please follow these directions when approaching the University.
